Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Vexor is a Minecraft Bedrock client, launcher, module catalog, cloud profile service, and community marketplace. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the Vexor website, sign in, pair or operate the launcher, synchronize client data, or participate in the marketplace.
Information we collect
Discord account information
When you choose Discord sign-in, Discord provides your account ID, username, display name, avatar, and email address. Vexor does not receive or store your Discord password. Discord access tokens are used only to complete sign-in and are not stored as launcher credentials.
Billing and subscription information
Stripe processes subscription checkout, payment methods, invoices, renewals, and billing portal activity. Vexor stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and status information, limited payment-method details such as card brand and last four digits when supplied, and promotional entitlement records. Vexor does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Launcher and session information
We store pairing requests, approval status, launcher-provided device names, session identifiers, token hashes, and session creation, expiration, use, and revocation times. Access tokens are short-lived and refresh credentials rotate.
Cloud profiles and module library
If your plan includes cloud profiles, Vexor stores profile names, active-profile state, revision and size information, timestamps, and settings JSON such as module settings and keybinds. We also store module-library selections associated with your account.
Technical information
Our infrastructure may record IP addresses, browser or device details, requested API endpoints, response status and timing, timestamps, and security events. Application API logs are retained for up to seven days and do not include request bodies, authorization headers, or credentials. A successful Discord sign-in also creates a private launcher security notification with the browser, platform, IP address, and user-agent summary available to us. We use this data to operate the service, investigate abuse, and keep Vexor reliable.
Launcher data
While open, the launcher sends account-linked heartbeats with its version, release channel, Windows version and build, processor architecture, Minecraft version, and current state. Live status expires within minutes. Daily activity records may retain the latest reported values and first- and last-seen times.
Data not included
Heartbeats do not include hardware serial numbers or fingerprints, advertising identifiers, Minecraft server addresses, chat, player coordinates, world contents, screenshots, keystroke history, or installed-program lists.
Marketplace and community information
If you submit a module or marketplace listing, we may store the files, listing details, creator name, screenshots, support information, and moderation history you provide.
How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and securely pair, operate, and revoke launcher sessions.
- Synchronize cloud profiles, module preferences, and account entitlements across supported devices.
- Process subscriptions and provide purchased benefits.
- Assign and remove the appropriate paid role in the Vexor Discord server.
- Measure online usage, version adoption, compatibility, and update rollout coverage.
- Operate the module catalog, marketplace, downloads, and support.
- Protect Vexor, its users, and community creators from abuse or malicious uploads.
- Diagnose errors, improve performance, and communicate important service updates.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses a session cookie for sign-in, security, and launcher approval. The launcher stores its rotating refresh credential using Windows user-level protection. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to run Vexor, comply with law, or protect the service. Discord provides account authentication and paid community roles. Stripe processes subscription and billing information. Cloudflare may process traffic and security information. Hosting and database providers process application data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide and protect Vexor, handle billing or disputes, and meet legal obligations. Live launcher status expires within minutes. We use reasonable security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may sign out, revoke launcher sessions, delete cloud profiles, change your module library, stop using Vexor, or request account review or deletion. Some records may be retained for billing, disputes, security, or legal requirements. Closing the launcher stops new heartbeats.
Children’s privacy
Vexor is not directed to children under 13. If your local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent for online services, you must meet that requirement.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Vexor develops. The date above will change when we publish a revised version. Material changes may also be announced in Discord.
